Job summary

Ignite, based in Huntsville, AL, is seeking a Systems (Integration) Analyst III to support the MDA Chief Engineer in coordinating complex engineering efforts across internal and external systems.

The role requires an Active Secret clearance, a STEM degree, and 7+ years of experience, with strong communication skills and a proven track record in IPTs and system integration. This is an on‑site position with the U.S. defense ecosystem.

Qualifications

Ignite is currently seeking a driven, detail‑oriented Systems (Integration) Analyst III to join our team! In this role you will support the MDA Chief Engineer in the effort of integrating, and coordinating, complex engineering efforts involving both internal and external systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist to facilitate integration between internal and external systems
• Contribute to an Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT)
• Coordinate with technical POCs to facilitate cross‑team communication
• Develop tools and processes to capture relevant metrics
• Evaluate working group technical outputs to determine progress or status
• Evaluate how decisions might impact schedule, dependencies, and integrated testing

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting IPTs and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs)
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Experience with systems integration

Desired Qualifications

• Adept with some MBSE tools (Cameo, DOORs, etc.)
• Experience briefing and interacting with senior leaders
• Experience developing digital tools or dashboards
