Qualifications

• Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining IT systems.
• Knowledge of Transport Layer Security (TLS).
• Experience with identity management and CentOS LDAP server integration.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT system infrastructure and processes.
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) support.
• Monitor and resolve problems for client/server/storage/network devices.

Skills

System Administration (CentOS 7, Rocky 9, RHEL 9)

Hardware installation experience
