Qualifications

• Experience supporting IT systems, including server, storage, and network devices.
• Experience with container tech, large deployments, and change control.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 support, diagnose and resolve IT problems.
• Maintain operations for client/server/storage/network devices.
• Assist with deployment, monitoring, and escalation communications.
