Job summary

Draper in Cambridge, MA seeks an System Integration and Test (I&T) Engineer 1 to plan, execute, and manage I&T activities from concept to system certification. You will perform functional simulation, integration and test, V&V, and performance evaluation as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Required are a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and 3–5 years in Systems Engineering or related roles; MATLAB and Python experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer or Systems Engineering, Applied Physics, or related field.
• 3–5 years in Systems Engineering or a related role is preferred.
• Experience with environmental testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define an I&T approach for a component, subsystem, or system and execute the plan.
• Contribute high-quality content for technical reports and presentations with minimal guidance.
• Adapt to changes in program requirements and communicate needs to leadership.
• Proactively identify needs and concerns related to plan execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
