Job summary

Draper, located in Cambridge, MA, is looking for a System Integration and Test Engineer (SMTS) who will manage and execute I&T activities from concept development to system certification. You will take ownership of complex problems, lead tasks, mentor junior engineers, and develop technical documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and have 5-7 years of experience. Preference will be given to those with skills in EE, HWIL, and avionics.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Systems Engineering or a relevant role.
• Experience in EE, HWIL, avionics, optical test, or inertial sensor test preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead tasks while tracking priorities, scope, cost, and schedule.
• Develop I&T plans and procedures for complex problems.
• Contribute high quality content for technical reports and presentations.
• Present technical information effectively to stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategies for program-level technical risks.
• Mentor less experienced engineers.
