System Integration and Test (I&T) Engineer (PMTS) serves as the system integrator for technologies and product lines developed using Draper's core capabilities. In this role they plan, execute, and manage I&T activities starting from early test concept development through system certification. This includes functional simulation, subsystem and system integration and test, verification and validation (V&V), performance evaluation, and acceptance testing. System I&T Engineers leverage multi-disciplinary engineering expertise and collaborate with other Systems Engineers to establish clear, verifiable, and traceable requirements, inform and drive system concepts, architectures, and designs to promote testability, and utilize resident expertise and lessons learned to support the development of highly reliable, robust, and complex systems.
Requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Applied Physics, or related field.
Requires 7-10 years in Systems Engineering or relevant role.
Preference for EE, HWIL, avionics, optical test, and inertial sensor test skills and experience.
