Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced integration and test engineer to plan, implement, test, document, and maintain solutions for integrating in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components across subsystems and systems.

You will synthesize contractual needs into system test solutions, establish specifications, and coordinate comprehensive test plans and execution. A hands-on background in spacecraft assembly and testing, plus teamwork skills, is essential. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with spacecraft assembly, test and launch operations.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, work instructions, test procedures and other design documents.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a team of technicians and engineers.
• Familiarity with common tools, test equipment and GSE and their operation and usage.
• Must be a United States citizen.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, test, document, and maintain integration/test solutions for subsystems and systems.
• Synthesize customer needs into system test solutions considering schedule and cost constraints.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules.
• Coordinate testing activities with programs and other organizations.
