Responsibilities

• Lead system bring-up, validation, and hardware qualification for servers and switch hardware with OEM partners.
• Drive deployment and sustaining efforts for hardware solutions through all compliance stages.
• Lead debug and root cause analysis of deployed systems by reviewing boards and schematics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal engineering teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Gather system feature requirements, define detailed test plans, and execute hardware validation plans.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance system quality, reliability, and performance.
