Job summary

RTX is seeking a Systems Engineering Manager to join a specialized team responsible for ensuring system performance, problem resolution, data trend analysis and training. The role is onsite at Buckley AFB, CO, with extended travel and potential UK assignments. A TS/SCI CI Poly clearance is required, along with U.S.

citizenship. The successful candidate will lead engineering, system analysis and training tasks, coordinate across sites, and develop tools to support operations.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance required prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship is required for the security clearance.
• Bachelor’s in STEM and 8+ years of related engineering experience.
• Experience with RF, digital, power, and/or communication systems.
• Experience with coding/scripting fundamentals.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps practices.
• Strong technical leadership or people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assignments can involve a combination of engineering, system analysis and training related tasks.
• Development and improvement of operations processes/products/tools; investigation and diagnosis of unexpected system signatures.
• Support the coordination and execution of system maintenance tasks.
• Provide technical support and feedback to the baseline system development/maintenance team to improve delivered processes and tools.
• Extended TDYs or PCS to the United Kingdom for work.
