You will drive process standards, provide cost estimates, mentor engineers, collaborate with customers, and select controllers to optimize installation costs while maintaining high-quality designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 8+ years of engineering experience, ideally in HVAC and control programming.
• Proven leadership of technical teams.
• Knowledge of cost management and accounting principles.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and customers to foster trust and cohesive project execution.
• Lead the selection of controllers and devices to optimize installation costs and meet project specifications.
• Utilize financial and management reports to evaluate project success and inform decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, enhancing project development and execution.
• Maintain engineering excellence by maximizing reuse of proven designs and adhering to high‑quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least eight years of experience, ideally in HVAC and control programming.
• Proven leadership experience in supervising technical or engineering teams.
• In‑depth knowledge of accounting principles and cost management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in presenting technical information.

Salary

Salary Range: $91,200 – $130,000 (salary determined by education, experience, skills, and market data). The role also offers a competitive bonus plan based on individual, group, and corporate performance.
