Job summary

Crystal Group is seeking a Systems Engineer Intern to support the Engineering team. This on-site role reports to the Director of Engineering and focuses on selecting electronics technologies for rugged product lines, validating requirements, and coordinating between design, compliance, and sales to ensure successful solutions.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected status).
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Verify system components for high performance and ruggedization.
• Assist with system engineering activities, benchmark testing and requirements validation.
• Maintain the Product Offering Technical Solution and document as-built configurations.
• Lead design reviews (PDR/CDR) and manage artifacts.
• Provide technical input to Project Managers for on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and senior engineering during operations.
