Lyntris, a defense technology company, seeks a Systems Engineering Intern pursuing a master’s degree in Human Factors, Systems Engineering, or related fields. You will work with engineers, researchers, and product managers to elicit requirements, analyze user needs, and help test AI-enabled software for military and commercial users.

• Master's degree or pursuing in Human Factors, Systems Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with requirements engineering, elicitation, analysis, or documentation.
• Familiarity with human factors principles, user-centered research, or task analysis.
• Understanding of software testing, verification and validation, or QA principles.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation from stakeholders.
• Support user research to understand operational workflows and usability.
• Develop and maintain requirements docs, use cases, acceptance criteria, and user stories.
• Help create test plans, test cases, and evaluation criteria for software capabilities.
• Conduct functional testing, document defects, and track issues.
