Northrop Grumman is seeking a Systems Engineering Department Manager 3 in Roy, UT. You will lead a department, mentor section managers, and drive objectives across multiple programs, ensuring planning, risk management, and technical excellence.

The role requires a US citizen with a current Secret clearance and strong experience in MBSE, DOORS, and CAMEO. Relocation may be available, with a 9/80 schedule and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in STEM with related experience.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance and Special Program Access.
• US citizenship with active Secret clearance; investigation within last 6 years.
• Experience in requirements development/management using DOORS or similar tool.
• Experience in model development/management using CAMEO or similar tool.

Responsibilities

• Lead a department within the Systems Engineering organization and mentor SMs.
• Set objectives and oversee planning, risk, schedule, and technical quality.
• Support multiple programs (Sentinel/GBSD, ICBM Sustainment, Advanced Programs).
• Recruit, staff, and retain talent to meet program goals.
• Coordinate proposals, reviews, standups, audits, and special assignments.
