The role requires US citizenship, the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance, and 5+ years of DoD system engineering experience. A Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Math is required; a Master’s is preferred. On-site with a drug test requirement.

Kegman has an immediate opening for a Radar System Engineer in Huntsville, AL to support system engineering efforts on various programs for the Department of Defense (DoD).

Document Work Artifacts In Engineering Data SDRL Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system engineering on DoD programs
• Radar signal processing, algorithm development, and AESA hardware/beam forming expertise; extensive MATLAB/Simulink modeling and performance analysis
• Requirements definition, verification, and system architecture using DOORS/MBSE, SysML, and trade study techniques
• End to end subsystem integration and test plan creation for radar system verification Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related discipline Desired Skills:
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related discipline
• Experience with Python
• Experience working on a geographically distributed team
• Experience in technical leadership and/or mentoring of junior engineers Other:
