Job summary

Maximum Technology Corporation in Huntsville, AL seeks a Systems Engineer to provide systems engineering support to the Defense Industry for complex technical systems, applying government SE processes and generating analyses and documentation to enable program phases.

Responsibilities include using analysis tools for data products, supporting SE efforts in software/hardware integration and test reporting, and performing additional duties based on experience.

Maximum Technology Corporation is a small business in Huntsville, AL. MTC focuses on providing DoD customers with efficient, cost-effective, and innovative solutions in data management, software engineering, system engineering, test and evaluation support, information technology, and information system security.

We are seeking Systems Engineers to join our team. These positions provide systems engineering support to the Defense Industry customer for complex technical systems. The Systems Engineer exhibits a working knowledge of the government systems engineering process and ability to generate support analyses and documentation under program direction to facilitate multiple phases of systems engineering. Required support may include review and generation of program deliverables, and support of system integration and test efforts including planning, execution, and analysis.

Position Responsibilities:

• Use analysis tools and industry-standard methods to assist in generation of data analysis products
• Support systems engineering efforts including software/hardware integration and test reporting activities
• Additional advanced duties based on level of experience

Minimum Qualifications (Required skills):

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM-related field from an accredited college or university
• Three (3)+ years of related experience
• Ability to solve complex problems in a dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to operate independently or as part of a team with readily available guidance
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• MBSE (Cameo) and MATLAB/Linux operations experience
• Experience working with integration or test activities for hardware or software products
• Database experience
• Experience in development of test scripts and performance analysisExperience with Systems Engineering Product Development Cycle
• US Citizenship and current or ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications (Desired skills):

• Experience with Upgraded Early Warning Radar (UEWR) and Cobra-Dane Radar systems
