Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace, or related technical field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant Systems Engineering experience.
• Experience in MBSE and model-based engineering.
• Familiarity with verification and validation (V&V) planning and procedures.
• Experience with interface management across engineering teams.
• Knowledge of modeling tools such as Cameo, MagicDraw, IBM Rhapsody, or Enterprise Architect.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to produce technical documentation.
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain models, artifacts, and integrated datasets for complex systems and systems of systems.
• Support verification and validation plans and procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage interfaces and ensure clear communication across engineering groups.

• Experience applying Systems Engineering principles / approaches to complex problems
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain models, artifacts, and integrated datasets for complex systems and systems of systems Experience developing and managing verification and validation (V&V) plans and procedures
• Ability to support interface management activities, ensuring clear definition, communication, and maintenance of interfaces across engineering teams
• Knowledge of MBSE methodologies and tools (e.g., Cameo Systems Modeler, MagicDraw, IBM Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect)
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment, including internal staff, external contractors, and government customers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce and present technical documentation and artifacts
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI security clearance Required Experience Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the Systems Engineering domain Desired Qualifications: Master's Degree in Systems Engineering
• Knowledge of SysML for modeling architectures and system behaviors
