Job summary
2HB Incorporated is seeking a Systems Engineer to support a government customer in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role focuses on documenting all phases of design, implementation, and maintenance for deploying new systems or upgrading FS sites.
The ideal candidate has a TS/SCI/Full Scope Polygraph clearance, experience with IT systems, SIGINT platforms, virtualization, and cross-functional collaboration using JIRA and Confluence. On-site work in Maryland is required.
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of communications technologies, virtualization, and IT systems architecture.
- Experience designing, interpreting, and modifying System and Network Engineering Drawings (Visio, Adobe).
- Expertise in system and network administration across Linux and Windows.
- Extensive experience in network and data processing system integration, deployment, and sustainment.
Responsibilities
- Document all phases of design, implementation, and maintenance for deployment of new systems or upgrading current systems to FS sites.
- Draft preliminary design reviews and mission transition plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain system documentation using JIRA and Confluence.
