Job summary

RenXTech seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead high‑stakes programs with a TS/SCI clearance and Poly. You will design CONOPS diagrams, forecast aligned technologies, and assess project risk.

Independent reviews will guide technical functions and vendor analyses to meet sponsor needs while shaping mission‑ready capabilities across teams. The role requires PMP or equivalent certification, 5+ years of program management, and SETA expertise in multiple areas.

Qualifications

• Must hold TS/SCI with Poly.
• PMP or equivalent certification required.
• 5+ years of program management experience.
• 5 areas of SETA expertise or equivalent demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Develop CONOPS diagrams using industry best practices with stakeholders.
• Forecast technologies and products to advance the sponsor's mission.
• Provide independent assessment of projects on technical risk and improvements.
• Analyze vendor design documentation to meet sponsor requirements.
• Create comprehensive project plans to transition concepts to capabilities.
• Collaborate with Test Teams to craft adhoc test cases for capability characterization.
• Engage with IC or DoD Targeting officers to identify new opportunities.
