Job summary

RenXTech, a wholly owned subsidiary of Buchanan & Edwards, is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, security-cleared programs from our Chantilly, VA office.

Qualified candidates will have TS/SCI with Poly and PMP, 5+ years of program management experience, and the ability to develop CONOPS, perform risk analysis, forecast technologies, and collaborate with DoD/IC stakeholders. Target salary range: $160,000-$200,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus at least six (6) years of experience OR at least 10 years of experience relevant to a technical function being supported.
• Demonstrated experience developing well-documented, actionable, measurable, testable, traceable requirements.
• Experience applying critical thinking to identifying technical risks affecting delivery.
• Experience developing CONOPS diagrams with stakeholders.
• Forecasting technologies and products related to the Sponsor's mission area.
• Independent assessment of projects regarding technical risk and recommending improvements.
• Analyzing vendor design documentation to meet Sponsor requirements.
• Developing comprehensive project plans transitioning concepts to capabilities.
• Working with Test Teams to create adhoc test cases.
• Collaborating with IC/DoD Targeting officers to identify opportunities.
• Must have TS/SCI with Poly; PMP or equivalent certification.

• Demonstrated successful experience working with IC or DoD Targeting officers to identify new opportunities to enable operations
• Must have TS/SCI W/Poly

Technical Program Manager (TPM) shall have current PMP or equivalent certification and demonstrated program management experience of at least 5 years managing a similar number of FTE

Additionally, the TPM shall meet the requirements of a SETA-Expert level in at least 5 of the detailed Areas described above.

Target salary range: $160,000 - $200,000.
