Job summary

RenXTech is seeking a highly qualified candidate to join our mission-focused team in Herndon, VA. The role requires US citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph, along with 5+ years in IC environments.

You will engage with Mission Partners and client teams, lead briefings, and mentor PALs on technical services to drive adoption and outcomes. Ideal candidates will have a strong data-driven mindset, Agile/SAFe familiarity, and a background in engineering, CS, or related fields.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years of IC experience.
• Demonstrated experience in mission components/IC agency roles.
• Strong networking and briefing/presentation skills.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence is highly desired.
• Agile/SAFe training or certification is highly desired.
• Project management is recommended.
• BA/BS in CS/Engineering/Business/Marketing is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a PAL conducting outreach and mission engagement activities.
• Coach and mentor PALs on technical services and offerings.
• Act as a communication conduit between Mission Partners, PALs, and client technical teams.
