Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead CAM within the F-35 Chief Engineering Organization, coordinating across IPTs to ensure timely baselines, performance, and contract deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business Management, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of finance/program experience in the aerospace/defense sector, with at least 3 years as a Control Account Manager on a large, multi‑year program (F‑35 experience highly desirable).
• Proven expertise in Earned Value Management, cost integration, and baseline management for complex engineering programs.
• Proficiency with DeltekCobra/PMCompass, SAP, ADAR, and advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, Power Query).
• Strong analytical capability to synthesize technical data into clear, action‑oriented financial insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to brief senior leadership, chief engineers, and government customers with confidence.
• DoD Secret clearance (or ability to obtain) and eligibility for higher clearance levels as required.
• EVP or PMP certification preferred.

Basic Qualifications

• Knowledge of Systems Engineering principles and Systems Design & Analysis coursework.
• Certifications such as Earned Value Professional (EVP) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Active DoD Secret clearance (or ability to obtain) and eligibility for higher clearance levels as required.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00
