You will perform core SE tasks, manage requirements, and coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams to align system requirements with product roadmaps. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field with 4+ years of experience, or a graduate degree with 2+ years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree or 2+ years post-degree experience or 8+ years without degree as alternatives.
• Knowledge of Link 16 and RF/system test equipment.
• Ability to derive and decomose requirements into sub-systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform core Systems Engineering tasks: baselines, trade studies, requirements mgmt, design reviews, verification, and customer support.
• Translate end-user needs into implementable system requirements.
• Coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams to align requirements with product roadmaps.
• Develop and deliver presentations communicating design activity plans and status.
• Travel up to 20% as required.
