Job summary

KBR, Inc is seeking a Systems Engineer - Collection and Mission Management (Mid) to serve as the primary Systems Engineer for a US Government Agency focusing on mission management and collection operations. The role emphasizes integrating intelligence capabilities, supporting strategic planning, warfighter readiness, and multi-agency coordination.

The position requires collaboration with NSDC, USSPACECOM, and USSF to align priorities with directives and ensure effective decision-making.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in intelligence planning, collections management, and requirements management roles.
• Proficient in collections management tradecraft and multi-INT solutions.
• Ability to analyze risk, prioritize requirements and anticipate customer needs.
• Excellent communication and briefing skills for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Advise on Intelligence Planning and integrate capabilities.
• Coordinate and integrate sensitive capabilities for joint warfighter operations.
• Monitor collection requirements lifecycle and advocate for organizational needs.
• Apply collection management tradecraft to capture highly technical requirements.
• Develop relationships with customers to identify intelligence needs and gaps.
• Participate in IPT and COI meetings; coordinate planning with other offices.
• Provide leadership updates to align mission priorities.
• Ensure intelligence plans align with policies, directives and guidance.
