Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a Systems Engineer SME to support USPACOM J6 mission partner environment engineering planning and development at Camp Smith, HI. This role focuses on enterprise IT integration, systems engineering, and interoperability across the Pacific.

You will translate requirements into actionable designs, perform risk assessment, coordinate with stakeholders, and produce technical documentation for leadership.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field is required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Active Secret security clearance is required.
• Strong communication and analytical problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support architecture, engineering planning, and design for Mission Partner Environment (MPE).
• Translate requirements into executable plans, designs, and integration actions.
• Perform systems engineering analysis and coordination across enterprise environments.
• Prepare documentation and briefings for customers and leadership.
