Qualifications

• Experience in systems engineering, reliability engineering or protection systems.
• Knowledge of space and ground architectures.
• Ability to support senior stakeholders with high-quality technical analysis and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to trade studies and develop test and evaluation plans.
• Develop and deliver technical briefings, point papers, spreadsheets, and acquisition documentation for senior leadership.
• Analyze system designs, risks, dependencies, and program impacts to support informed decision-making.
• Communicate complex technical analyses clearly to government stakeholders.
• Propose program strategies, resolutions, and risk mitigation approaches across diverse stakeholders.
• Develop strategies in response to identified program risks and acquisition deficiencies.
• Provide coordination and documentation support for senior government leaders in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
