Job Summary

Senior Systems Engineer (Full‑time) – G2 Ops.

Responsibilities

• Model and create new processes, methodologies, modeling techniques, and basic analytics to solve client problems.
• Manage and analyze requirements; develop complete and accurate system and subsystem level requirements.
• Develop functional flows; produce mission operations level activity and sequence diagrams.
• Model system interfaces and develop Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
• Apply knowledge of basic system administration, network, and operating system hardening techniques; develop systems engineering best‑practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance (must be able to obtain and maintain).
• B.S. in engineering, cybersecurity, networking, computer science, or related field.
• Certification within first year: OCSMP Model User or higher, Scaled Agile, or DoD 8750 baseline certification (based on required/recommended IAT/IAM level).

Compensation

Salary Range: $105,000 - $115,000.
