Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze customer requirements and translate them into actionable system specifications.
• Conduct process engineering to optimize workflows and system performance.
• Analyze user requirements, CONOPS documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Guide users in formulating requirements, advise on alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies.
• Provide technical support for integrating requirements, design, and technology.
• Develop technical documentation, system architecture, and system design documentation.
• Prepare and assess system engineering management plans and system integration/test plans.
• Interact with Government stakeholders on technical considerations, issues, and conflicts.
