ASRC Federal Advanced Research LLC (AFAR) seeks a Systems Engineer to join the NEXRAD - Systems Engineering team supporting the FAA. This full-time on-site role is based at the ROC in Norman, OK.

The ideal candidate has ABET-accredited degree, 6–9 years in NAS facilities, and experience with C, C++, Python; ability to work independently in an agile environment and strong documentation skills.

Formación

• ABachelors (ABET) degree in Engineering or related IT field.
• 6 - 9 years of related work experience.
• Proficient in programming languages C, C++, Python; experience with NAS facilities/systems is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Perform research and maintenance on weather systems hardware and software.
• Originate, write, test, update, and document projects supporting weather system software.
• Lead coordination, drafting, review, and editing of technical reports and drawings.

Educación

ABachelors (ABET) degree in Engineering or related IT field

6 - 9 years of related work experience

Proficient in C, C++, Python
