Responsibilities

• Support operation, maintenance, and enhancement of multi-tier information technology environments
• Handle software installation, configuration, and server OS management
• Provide day-to-day support for application infrastructure, troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with owners and development teams on setup, configuration changes, and upgrades
• Contribute to automation, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts
• Participate in projects and on-call rotations, handling issues and escalation as needed
