Job summary
Northrop Grumman, located in Roy, Utah, seeks a Systems Engineer (T-02) or Principal Systems Engineer (T-03) to lead Modeling, Simulation & Analysis for the Sentinel program within the MS&A team. Active Secret clearance and SAP eligibility are required, along with strong modeling and network skills.
This is a full-time, on-site role with relocation support possible. The position requires STEM education and relevant experience, with opportunities to contribute to architecture decisions, system
Qualifications
- US citizen with active US Secret clearance, current within last 6 years
- Must obtain SAP approval within a reasonable period
- Experience in mathematical modeling and simulation
- Experience with MATLAB, Simulink, or related tools
- Experience with network architecture and equipment configuration
- Knowledge of Systems Engineering principles
Responsibilities
- Modeling, Simulation & Analysis for system components like networking, security, and cybersecurity
- End-to-end latency analysis across hardware, software, and network components
- Manage hardware/software computing budgets to ensure performance
- Network analysis including latency, throughput, jitter, and packet loss
- Support database management and development
- Assist MBSE strategy and governance with program teams
- Prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders
