Key job responsibilities
  • Foster a culture of inclusion.
  • Understand fundamentals of MES (Data governance and collection, digital system integration, Business process management and mapping.)
  • Be able to triage and prioritize critical improvements, resolve issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Develop/ communicate/ execute a roadmap of improvements for a given function or feature.
  • Development, administration, change management, support, and documentation for an MES platform and integrated systems.
  • Work with Manufacturing Process Engineers to design and implement new product features, templates and work instructions.
  • Administer the platform, ensuring IT security requirements are met and application integrations are subject to change management controls to protect upstream systems.
  • Expand functionality of MES within AR Manufacturing to realize the potential of an end-to-end operations platform.

About The Team

Robotics IT is responsible for implementing, developing and maintaining the systems and applications supporting Amazon Robotics manufacturing.

Basic Qualifications
  • 2 years of non-internship experience supporting manufacturing information systems.
  • 2 years experience in an IT or OT department.
  • 1+ years of working directly with engineering teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience implementing or supporting Tulip platform
  • 3+ years experience supporting scaled manufacturing operations.
  • 3+ years experience in an enterprise IT/OT department.
  • Experience implementing or supporting systems in public cloud providers.
  • BA preferred.
