Key Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout, adoption, and ongoing support of our next-generation manufacturing execution system supporting Amazon's largest manufacturing operations.
• Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, managing ambiguity and conflicting priorities effectively. Use maturity, judgment, negotiation skills, influence, and data analysis for success.
• Foster a culture of inclusion.
• Understand fundamentals of MES (Data governance, digital system integration, Business process management and mapping).
• Prioritize and resolve critical issues through root cause analysis.
• Develop, communicate, and execute a roadmap for system improvements.
• Manage development, administration, change management, support, and documentation for MES platforms and integrated systems.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Process Engineers to design and implement new product features, templates, and work instructions.
• Ensure IT security requirements are met and manage application integrations with change management controls.
• Expand MES functionality within Amazon Robotics Manufacturing to realize its full potential as an end-to-end operations platform.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 2 years supporting manufacturing information systems.
• At least 2 years in an IT or OT department.
• Over 1 year working directly with engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Tulip platform.
• Over 3 years supporting scaled manufacturing operations and enterprise IT/OT departments.
• Experience with public cloud systems.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
