Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Systems Engineer, Software Systems Engineer, or Cyber Software Systems Engineer to support advanced airborne mission systems and defense technologies. You will work in a fast-paced environment handling requirements development, system architecture, functional decomposition, and integration to ensure complex systems meet mission needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Systems Engineering, Software Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity Engineering, or related experience within Aerospace, Defense, Intelligence, or other highly regulated environments.
• Exposure to a heavy deliverable-based environment Active Secret Clearance.
• Nice to have: Electronic Warfare or Aircraft Weapon Systems MBSE experience.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements development, architecture, integration, and technical planning for complex systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and cybersecurity stakeholders to capture and allocate requirements.
• Support reviews, traceability, risk management, trade studies, and system documentation.
• Apply MBSE, architecture development, secure design, and technical leadership in defense programs.
