Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, product development, or multidisciplinary engineering environments.
• Must be located within 60 miles of Fredericksburg, VA; no relocation assistance offered.

Responsibilities

• Develop system-level architectures for liquid cooling solutions supporting AI, HPC, and hyperscale data center applications.
• Translate customer, market, and regulatory requirements into detailed engineering specifications.
• Define system functionality, operating modes, interfaces, and performance requirements.
• Allocate requirements across subsystems (mechanical, electrical, controls, firmware, software).
• Perform system trade studies evaluating performance, cost, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Lead customer requirement reviews and develop compliance, deviation, and exemption matrices.
• Support technical submittals and manage engineering changes for regional and customer compliance.
• Capture and maintain customer, regulatory, and internal requirements throughout the lifecycle.
