Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Copilot Engineer to lead deployment, governance, and optimization of Copilot across SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, and related Microsoft 365 services. You will work with IT, Security, Data Operations and business stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant AI-powered productivity solutions.

This hands-on role includes readiness assessments, permissions remediation, reporting through Copilot Analytics and Power BI,

Responsibilities

• conduct Copilot readiness assessments
• perform oversharing and permissions remediation
• configure Purview controls (DLP, Sensitivity Labels, Information Protection, Compliance Manager)
• develop usage and adoption reporting through Copilot Analytics, Viva Insights, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 administrative tools
• support Copilot Studio and automation initiatives
• partner with business stakeholders to identify and enable high-value AI use cases
• support user adoption efforts through training, prompt libraries, office hours, and ongoing optimization activities while helping drive measurable productivity improvements across the organization

Job description

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Copilot Engineer to support the implementation, administration, governance, and optimization of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-powered productivity solutions across the enterprise. This hands-on engineering role will work closely with IT, Security, Data Operations, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders to deploy and support Copilot capabilities within Microsoft 365, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Microsoft Graph, Copilot Studio, and related productivity platforms. The engineer will help ensure Copilot solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise governance, compliance, and Responsible AI standards.
