Job summary

Scientific Research Corporation is seeking a qualified candidate to support Navy SIGINT programs from its Ft. Meade, MD location.

The role provides subject matter expertise on technical and integration issues, requiring on-site presence in Fort Meade for daily coordination with Government leads. Ideal candidates will have systems engineering experience related to IO and cryptologic warfare, plus a track record in drafting official communications and evaluating R&D programs and Fleet

Qualifications

• Experience providing systems engineering support related to IO and cryptologic warfare for Naval, Joint, and Allied Forces.
• Experience drafting flag level communications (email and formal letters) on SIGINT topics.
• Experience conducting assessments of R&D programs and Fleet requirements.

Job description

Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $96,600.00/Yr. - USD $160,850.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

• Providing subject matter expertise to assist with the technical and integration issues of Navy SIGINT programs with National, Joint, Allied, DoD, Homeland Defense, and other agencies, services and programs
• Working directly with the Government lead/POCs and sit on-site in Ft. Meade, MD

FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWARD

Requirements

• Experience providing systems engineering support as it relates to advancing Information Operations (IO) and cryptologic war fighting capabilities for Naval, Joint, and Allied Forces, inclusive of:
• Operationally focused training and planning support, assisting in the development of tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP), advocating for requirements in support of future-based warfare, Research & Development (R&D), Science & Technology (S&T) efforts, and managing functional data for IO
• Experience drafting flag level communications (email and formal letters) to multiple technical, policy, and Fleet issues dealing with SIGINT
• Experience conducting assessments of R&D programs and Fleet requirements

Desired Skills

• Prior experience with NIWC Pacific or NIWC Atlantic initiatives
• Prior experience providing systems engineering support to FCC/C10F or similar commands
• Experience conducting assessments of R&D programs and Fleet requirements, including assisting with employment of PMW 120 IO and related systems to include CONOP, CONEMP, and OPTASK development

Clearance Information

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT. THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET / SCI LEVEL with CI POLY ELIGIBILITY
