Job summary

Scientific Research Corporation is seeking a highly skilled engineer to provide subject matter expertise across technical, operational, and data/systems engineering for government programs at Ft. Meade.

The role involves close coordination with government leads, on-site duties in Fort Meade, and delivering end-to-end dataflow solutions while navigating clearance requirements and rapid award cycles.

Qualifications

• Experience in U.S. Navy TCPED supporting dataflow networks onboard U.S. Navy platforms.
• Knowledge of NES to disseminate national-to-tactical SIGINT data.
• On-site collaboration with NSA/Navy stakeholders.

Salary Statement

Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $96,600.00/Yr. - USD $160,850.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Description

• Providing subject matter expertise in technical, operational, and data/systems engineering to FCC/C10F and NAVIAR
• Working directly with the Government lead/POCs and sit on-site in Ft. Meade, MD

FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWARD

Requirements

• Experience in U.S. Navy Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (TCPED) supporting current and future Navy operational dataflow networks onboard U.S. Navy tactical platforms as it relates to to the enablement and/or improvement of NSA Enerprise Services (NES) within Distributed SIGINT Architecture (DSO)
• Experience recommending end-to-end SIGINT data engineering capabilities.
• Experience/Knowledge of the communications architecture and associated NES to disseminate national-to-tactical SIGINT data in support of naval operations and systems

Desired Skills

• Prior experience supporting FCC/C10F and NAVAIR
• Prior experience with NIWC Pacific or NIWC Atlantic initiatives
• Experience working with the appropriate NSA offices and Navy representatives, to build and execute plans and initiatives leveraging advanced national technological capabilities and enabling tactical platform dataflow

Clearance Information

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT. THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET / SCI LEVEL with CI POLY ELIGIBILITY
