Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is seeking a Systems Engineer - Level 2 to support a program out of our Aurora, CO location. The role involves technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, and interface with program and customer personnel.

Responsibilities include translating customer requirements into hardware and software specifications, maintaining procedures, and contributing to the program's success with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or STEM field with 2 years of relevant experience; 0 years with a Master’s.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance at time of application and willingness for a polygraph.
• Experience in systems engineering, requirements, test plan/strategy.
• Strong written and oral communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, risk, and supportability analyses.
• Translates customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
• Maintain and update operation procedures; develop new procedures as needed.
