Job summary

RTX in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a Systems Engineer II to join a 24/7 operations team. You’ll support complex software and hardware systems, report anomalies, and assist with training while working a rotating day/night schedule.

Qualifications include a STEM BS and 2+ years of engineering experience, experience with SATCOM, IT systems, and hardware; active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance is required. Citizenship is required for clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent.
• 2+ years of engineering experience or equivalent.
• Active and transferable TS/SCI CI Poly clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Operations and maintenance of complex software and hardware systems.
• Report and document anomalous performance and interact with team members for corrective actions.
• Crosstrain and assist training of personnel on the contract team.
• Work in a 24/7 Operations environment with rotating day/night shifts.
