Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Marietta, GA seeks a Level 2 - Systems Engineer to support the R&M Analysis & Integration team. The role focuses on EV/CAM, BOE, FRACAS data, and aircraft readiness analytics, using Tableau, SAS, and Excel to drive metrics and process improvements.

The qualified candidate will collaborate across engineering and program teams, take ownership of assigned tasks, and contribute to workforce planning and program execution with moderate scope and complexity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Experience in Reliability & Maintainability (R&M), systems engineering, engineering analysis, logistics/supportability analysis, project management, or related activities.
• Experience with data analysis, data management, technical metrics and reporting, and applying engineering processes and workflows.
• Experience working collaboratively within engineering, program, or cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Span EV and CAM activities; support R&M proposals and BOE inputs.
• Develop and manage FRACAS data, analytics, and reporting.
• Coordinate logistics analyses and aircraft readiness metrics.
• Develop dashboards and metrics using Tableau/SAS/Excel; improve data quality and processes.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve problems and support program execution.
