SGS Consulting is seeking a disciplined engineer to lead collection system changes, coordinate with partner teams, and ensure readiness for production. You will assess site or room changes, communicate risks, and integrate required systems into the collection environment.

This role requires a BS in engineering and extensive field experience solving HW/SW production issues, with strong root-cause analysis, log parsing, and hands-on testing using tools like an oscilloscope.

Formación

• BS in engineering required and 24+ years of proven production issue resolution experience
• Strong root-cause analysis and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Experience debugging HW/SW production issues in the field

Responsabilidades

• Scope site or room changes for new collections, communicate risks and timelines
• Collaborate with partner teams to implement collection changes and integrate systems
• Coordinate testing of software/firmware builds and final production readiness sign-off
• Develop SOPs and train staff for collection procedures
• Drive issue analysis to improve throughput and quality
