Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
• 3–6 years of systems engineering or reliability engineering experience or equivalent Navy engineering experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• On-site work in Norco, California.
• Experience analyzing engineering data and technical systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RM&A metrics from multiple engineering databases.
• Evaluate single systems and systems-of-systems readiness.
• Integrate failure, maintenance, and operational data from multiple sources.
• Develop reliability models and scoring methodologies.
• Research Navy systems and develop engineering assessment criteria.
• Perform statistical and engineering trend analyses.
• Utilize Navy and COTS readiness assessment tools.
• Develop technical documentation, engineering reports, and recommendations.
• Support engineering reviews and customer briefings.
• Collaborate with Navy stakeholders and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
