Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Poly Required.
• 10+ years of experience in systems engineering.
• Lead/architect on complex integrated systems in mission environments.
• MBSE/SysML and architecture framework proficiency (DoDAF).
• Familiarity with SRR/PDR/CDR and formal review processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering across lifecycle: requirements strategy, architecture, interfaces, integration, verification, and baseline management.
• Own development of system requirements, interface control documentation, architecture packages, and technical plans.
• Drive cross-functional technical integration and resolve design conflicts.
• Lead technical reviews and decision forums; develop trade studies and recommended solutions.
• Establish and enforce measurable, testable, traceable requirements and manage change impacts.
• Mentor junior/mid engineers and implement best practices for quality and delivery.
• Provide technical input for program reporting, risk management, and customer briefings.
