MLT Systems is hiring a Systems Engineer II in Stafford, VA. The role supports DoD-based acquisition programs, assisting government engineers across multiple projects with requirements development, traceability, test results, and documentation.

The candidate will help track tasks, prepare SETR events, assist with TEMPs/eTEMPs, and contribute to test planning and analysis while collaborating with stakeholders. Secret clearance preferred and on-site work required.

Competenze

• 2-4 years of relevant engineering, DoD acquisition, T&E, or technical program experience.
• Secret Clearance preferred; ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance required.
• Position not eligible for remote work or 100% telework.

Mansioni

• Support two Government engineers across multiple projects and priorities.
• Assist with requirements development, traceability, maintenance, and test result incorporation.
• Track engineering tasks, actions, schedules, and deliverables.
• Prepare, execute, document, and close SETR events for the Government; update required documentation.
• Support T&E planning, TRRs, test documentation, execution, and post-test analysis.
• Collaborate with WIPTs to define strategy, plans and schedule.
