MLT Systems in Stafford, VA is seeking a Systems Engineer II to support DoD Federal acquisition programs. The role is full-time on-site and requires 2-4 years of related engineering or technical program experience, with the ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.

You will assist government engineers with requirements development, test planning, and documentation across SETR and TEMPs, collaborating with stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 2-4 years of engineering, DoD acquisition, T&E, or technical program experience.
• Experience applying systems engineering concepts and practices.
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition policies and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Support two Government engineers across multiple projects and priorities.
• Assist with requirements development, traceability, maintenance, and test results.
• Track engineering tasks, actions, schedules, and deliverables.
• Support SETR events: preparation, execution, and documentation for all phases.
• Support T&E planning, TRRs, test documentation, execution, and analysis.
• Collaborate within WIPTs to define strategy, plans, and schedules.
• Provide input on systems engineering concepts for program activities.
• Develop, review, and maintain systems engineering and acquisition documentation.
• Assist TEMPs/eTEMPs: test strategies, plans, procedures, and schedules.
• Research acquisition/engineering issues and draft recommendations.
