Job summary

Alexandria Insights is seeking Test Engineers Level II and III to support Marine Corps system testing across acquisition phases in Quantico/Stafford, VA. This on-site role requires security clearance and offers substantial responsibility in test planning, execution, and documentation.

You will develop test strategies and reports, assist on-site events, and coordinate with DoN/OSD stakeholders, leveraging your DoD process knowledge and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline or 6 years of related testing/QA experience.
• Experience with MCOTEA or DOT&E preferred but not required.
• Level II requires 5–12 years of related experience; Level III requires 12+ years.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis for T&E activities including reviews, evaluations and risk assessments.
• Develop T&E documents such as test strategies, concepts, plans and reports.
• Assist with conducting on-site test events.
• Coordinate T&E meetings and develop briefings at program manager levels.
• Review and assess DoD/DoN/TOD/E policy as applicable.
