Qualifications

• Experience identifying obsolete, discontinued, or at-risk components.
• System Engineer (Level 2): 2 years with bachelor’s degree in science; Masters may require 0 years
• Experience with Part/component lifecycle monitoring.
• Familiar with Manufacturer and supplier research.
• Familiar with Obsolescence forecasting.
• Experience in SAFe Agile practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Requirements and Interface definition experience.
• System analysis experience.
• Active Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Apply IBCS Poland Integrated Battle Command System implementations.
• Identify obsolescence risks and coordinate mitigation across teams.
• Collaborate across systems engineering, software, network, and test organizations.
• Support lifecycle management and supplier research.
• Prepare documentation and interfaces for system integration.
