Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS) is seeking a Systems Engineer for the IBCS Poland project based in Huntsville, Alabama. The role focuses on the lifecycle of missile/weapon systems, requirements, obsolescence forecasting, and risk analysis within a DoD program environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with RF/sensors, guidance, and C2 subsystems, plus strong communication and collaboration skills to work across engineering, software, network, and test teams.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying obsolete, discontinued, or at-risk components.
• Experience in system-level lifecycle monitoring and DoD program environments.
• Strong requirements and interface definition experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with SAFe Agile practices.
