Job summary

Kearfott Corporation in Pine Brook, NJ seeks a Systems Engineer I to join our Guidance & Navigation Division. You will contribute to system definition, design, integration and test of next generation inertial measurement and navigation products for aircraft, UAVs, missiles, land vehicles, and sea platforms.

We prefer candidates with background in both algorithm and hardware development, and experience in DOORS, C/C++, MATLAB, and lab testing in a certified quality environment.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years’ experience in aerospace and/or defense systems engineering, integration, and test.
• Proficiency in DOORS, C, C++, MATLAB, Mathcad, Microsoft Office, Test & Lab Instrumentation Tools.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Capable of supporting new product development processes and discipline within the company.
• Interface with commercial and military customers in technical program definitions and executions.
• Travel may be required.
