Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is seeking a Systems Development Engineer for the Leo Builder product services. You will own and operate infrastructure critical to the program, including engineering applications, AWS cloud infrastructure, and on‑prem servers, while working autonomously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and the ability to deliver large-scale engineering projects.

Qualifications

Experience automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure.
Experience with modern languages such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust.
Experience with Linux/Unix
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

Design, build and maintain infrastructure as code for our hybrid-cloud Siemens engineering applications.
Monitor system performance, ensuring uptime, scalability, and reliability of applications and infrastructure.
Analyze current infrastructure capacity and forecast future needs to support organizational growth.
Day to day support of existing Siemens applications on AWS and on-premise.
Automate Siemens deployment and administration of Siemens engineering tools.
Drive an environment of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Anticipate bottlenecks, make trade-offs, and encourage risk-taking to maximize business benefit.
Actively participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
